Executive Director Amanda-Kay Edwards has fully embodied our company’s mission by identifying associates whose principles align with Navion’s core values. She focuses on recognizing those with the potential and desire to grow within the organization and provides them with opportunities to develop.

Amanda-Kay Edwards, Executive Director
I started at Mallard Ridge in 2009 and gained experience through internal growth. I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and over the past 16 years have been promoted to Business Office Manager, Wellness Director, Staffing Director, Executive Director and most recently Senior Executive Director.
My passion is celebrating the lives of our residents in the most respectful and exciting way possible. I truly enjoy what I do, and it gives me joy to create an individualized environment for our residents.
Stephen Harville, Maintenance Director
As my career has progressed – from being a part of the dietary team, the housekeeping team and now as the maintenance director – I have had a great sense of fulfillment in each role. Connecting with residents and their families every day builds trust and respect between us all. I take pride in my work knowing that everything I do benefits our residents and my co-workers, making Mallard a great place to be.
Annette Gantt, Life Enrichment Director
I started my career with Mallard Ridge Assisted Living as a housekeeper in the summer of 2014. Coming from a position in private homecare, I wanted to take a step back from being a caregiver, but as a housekeeper, I still found myself wanting to do more. I went on to serve as a PCA, then a Med Tech and finally as an SIC.
Two years ago, my dream job of Life Enrichment Director became available and that is where I am today. I have always found joy in serving others, and that is an important part of why we do the job that we do. I take pride in honoring our seniors and teammates with fulfilling relationships.
Alexia Teal, Assisted Living Wellness
I started at Mallard Ridge as a CAN in 2008. It has been an honor to celebrate my achievements within the community as I’ve moved from CNA to Med Tech/SIC and now working in Assisted Living Wellness. With our team, the residents can always trust that their well-being is taken care of.
