Meet our Executive Director

Alinda Kelley

I am Alinda Kelley, Executive Director at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville. In October 2022, I joined Navion and our beautiful community. I have been working in senior living for over 20 years. I initially entered this field through a sales and marketing role. I found the environment to be incredibly rewarding and intriguing, and I was eager to learn more about how to best serve our seniors. My administrator became my mentor and encouraged me to obtain my Assisted Living Administrator’s License.

I have spent a large part of my career working in assisted living and/or memory care communities and obtained my Dementia Care Practitioner Certification. Along the way, I had to navigate assisted living and skilled nursing for my own father. This taught me to consider my relationships with residents and families from a multi-dimensional perspective. I gained a deeper appreciation and recognition that care can look and feel different when you see people as true individuals. Our job as the caregiver is to meet people where they need us the most.

My time at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville has been incredible. The residents and families are so warm and welcoming and have created such a positive atmosphere. I look forward to sharing the joys of our community with so many other residents and families in the future.
