Part of the Navion Senior Solutions family, our community offers a welcoming, home-like environment tailored to both assisted living and memory care needs. Residents can choose from private or companion suites, each featuring kitchenettes, accessible bathrooms and wireless emergency response systems. Our 24/7 team of caregivers, including RNs and CNAs, provides personalized senior care, including assistance with bathing, medication management and mobility, while supporting independence through outings, engaging activities and more.

At Chatham Ridge, we take pride in our secure memory care services and intentional dementia care programming. Residents enjoy three dietitian-designed, restaurant-style meals daily, along with healthy snacks throughout the day. On-site amenities include a media room, beauty salon, library and an outdoor courtyard with walking paths, encouraging social engagement and well-being. We also provide scheduled transportation to medical appointments and local events, making it easy to stay connected to the broader Chapel Hill community. Chatham Ridge has an outstanding medical team that includes doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and podiatrists. They also have a hairdresser on site, professional chefs, and an activity director that’s outstanding. They have a theatre room, a library, and very nice outside grounds. My mother loved the front porch and the beautiful flowers and trees. All the team members were so caring and nice. My mother literally thrived at Chatham Ridge. She had friends and activities to keep her busy and her own apartment for quiet and rest. Mom loved the parties that involved the families. They also had a wheelchair van that took them to outings and doctor appointments. What a wonderful end to a long life for my mother.
