Cypress Square offers much more care than our family can provide for our mom at home. We can rest assured that is getting the attention she needs medically, nutritionally and physically. The team is very attentive to her needs and checks in on her often. Overall, the community is small which we like, and all the team members know mom by her first name. Although only being there only a few months, mom has adjusted well with her new home. It still requires family intervention to be a successful transition, but satisfaction and peace of mind makes it worthwhile. Thank you, Cypress Square, for being there in a time of need.

Cypress Square and its team have been very helpful and patient in this very difficult transition for my mother. The team is super friendly and make you feel like family. The community is clean and small enough to give a personal feel.

Outstanding team and community. True family style care. My brother really enjoys the meals and other services provided. He really likes the games they play especially playing corn hole. The patio is a nice change on warm days.

When choosing an assisted living community for Mom, we visited several places, but Cypress Square really stood out for us. We loved the home-like feel and the warm, clean environment. The entire team is amazing and very good with care and communication. My mother loves everyone here and is happy. We are also treated like part of the Cypress Square “family” when we come to visit. Another quality that was important to us was that Cypress Square is a little smaller than some of the places we visited. We feel that being smaller allows the residents to be more familiar with each other and the team. Residents are kept engaged and stimulated through a variety of activities and live entertainment. Meals are served in a lovely dining area, and the food looks delicious. My mother enjoys the food and never complains. We are thankful that we found a “home” for Mom at Cypress Square.

Our mom/Grandma has blossomed at Cypress and has a safe place to be social and live the best life for her. We are so comforted to known she is being taken care of. We’ve also enjoyed several family events with her and visit often to see how she is thriving.

My Dad has been at Cypress Square for 5 years. We dropped him off during Covid and did not get to visit with him in the community until the end of the year. Cypress Square welcomed him with open arms and has made him feel at home. All the team members are very caring. As hard as it is to see your loved one in a community, I am pleased that he feels at home. The team has made this so easy.

The food is great; there are plenty of activities and the team members go out of their way to make the residents safe and comfortable.
