Memory Care Coordinator Nicole Scarchilli joined Navion Senior Solutions as a Medication Technician in 2025 with 29 years of experience in healthcare. She received her C.N.A. certification in 1996 and has worked in independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in Poughkeepsie, NY and the Triad of North Carolina. She has worked with pharmaceutical companies such as Merck and Duke Research of Durham, NC, known now as Almac Clinical Services. Nicole also received her Activity Director Certification in 2024 and obtained her Certified Dementia Practitioner Certification in 2025.

Nicole oversees and manages the care provided to residents in our Durham, NC community – ensuring residents receive appropriate and timely care while acting as liaison between residents, families and healthcare providers. She also identifies team member development and training needs to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
