In December 2021, I made a decision that would become one of the most defining moments of my career: changing jobs during an acquisition. Little did I know that joining Navion Senior Living would be such a transformative experience, offering me countless opportunities for growth and significant personal development in my leadership abilities. As the Senior Regional Director of Clinical Services, my role extends beyond improving outcomes for our residents; it also involves closely collaborating with our regional clinical teams.
Throughout my nursing career, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats—from bedside nursing and serving as a nursing instructor to working in Cardiac Rehab. Each role contributed to my journey, but in 2016, when I discovered Assisted Living, I realized I had truly found my calling. The care we provide aligns effortlessly with my personality, providing me with a profound sense of accomplishment every day.
