With 25 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industries, I’ve built a career in operational excellence, quality and compliance. I’ve held a variety of leadership roles including Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations and Corporate Director of Compliance, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the senior living and healthcare sectors.

My growth within Navion started out of a desire to take on more and help others who were struggling. I thrive on creating better processes for people, which has been recognized by our leadership team and allowed me to further evolve with each new role I’ve taken on. 

In my new role as Vice President of Risk Management at Navion, I will lead the company’s risk management strategy – ensuring compliance and driving initiatives to proactively identify and address organizational risks. I’ll work closely with operations, clinical, legal and finance teams to align risk management initiatives with organizational goals. 

I’m very passionate about supporting my colleagues across the organization and strive to create a collaborative environment where everyone has the resources and guidance they need to succeed. My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that success is driven by teamwork, open communication and a shared commitment to quality.

With encouragement and support from my Navion family, I recently earned my Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation, further enhancing my expertise in the areas of risk identification and mitigation.
