Meet our Executive Director
Sarah Reedy, LPN
I’m Sarah Reedy, LPN, and serve as the Executive Director for Forest Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care. I began my career in resident care in 2009 and realized that caregiving was in my heart. My goal was to make sure my residents were cared for and received everything they needed to be happy and healthy.
For more than nine years, I have walked alongside my residents, held their hands, wiped their tears, and offered assistance when needed. I’ve worked with some of the best nursing and care assistants, nurses, and directors, as well as housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance teams. This has allowed me to see everything it takes to serve the assisted living and memory care community.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Med Technician, and Supervisor in Charge, I was able to advance in my chosen career as a Team Member Services Director, Memory Care Coordinator, and Director of Clinical Services. During that time, I earned my nursing degree and in 2022, I was given the opportunity to lead my own building. Being chosen as the Executive Director was exciting for me and has been one of the biggest challenges of my life. I couldn’t be happier.
My faith and family take the top priorities in my life, followed closely by my Forest Ridge family.
