We took the tour, met some of the residents and team, and all our questions were answered. We were impressed. We just so happened to move our family member in the day they had their Christmas party. The team went all out. The atmosphere was very family oriented, very festive and everyone had a great time. All the team members have been wonderful. Thank you to all for your professionalism in your duties, your compassion to the residents and their families, and the shared laughs. Choosing Navion of New Bern was the best decision!
